Access to the main body of the house, entirely on the ground floor, is through a large sliding door that opens onto a covered patio located at the back of the villa. The patio separates the living area from the sleeping area and is furnished with wicker sofas and armchairs with white cushions, which, along with the equally white curtains decorating the veranda, bring brightness to the space. To the left of the patio, facing the sea, you enter the living room, which is large, spacious, and offers views of Lu Impostu beach and Tavolara island. The living room is also finely furnished with fabric sofas and armchairs, strictly white and enhanced by turquoise upholstered cushions. To the left of the living room, through a brick arch and looking towards the garden and the distant sea, you enter the dining room, furnished with a square wooden table, which can seat 8 people during convivial gatherings on as many upholstered chairs, and a wooden console. The dining room, like the living room, also has a sliding glass door made of wood that allows access to the veranda and the garden.

Behind the living room is the kitchen, which is large enough to eat in and equipped with all the necessary appliances for meal preparation, washing, and storing dishes.

To the right of the covered patio, you access the sleeping area of the main body, consisting of a double bedroom and a large bathroom, located at the rear of the building. The bedroom is composed of a wooden canopy double bed, which perfectly matches the parquet flooring and the console as well as the mirror, also made of wood.

In the back of the villa, separated by a large open courtyard with granite paving, we find the other two buildings. The first of these comprises, on the first floor, two double bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms, and a terrace with a sea view. On the ground floor, it contains two other bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as two bathrooms.

Walking a few meters back from the second factory building towards the property entrance, you'll find the third factory building, also arranged on two levels. On the ground floor, there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, while on the first floor, the bedroom is a twin with two single beds, also with its en-suite bathroom.
